Dr. R Kaler
MBBS, MRCPsych and MSc (Health Services Management)
Dr Kaler is a Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry and has extensive experience working with adults with mental health problems. She has expertise in the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and management of mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, perinatal mental health disorders (depression in pregnancy and postpartum) and personality disorders. Dr Kaler also works with patients with neurodevelopmental issues like ADHD (Including in adulthood).
She has a keen interest in spirituality and aspires to integrate spirituality with medicine. She has a sensitive empathetic and individual centered approach with her patients. She has been a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists since 2012
Dr. N Saleem
MBBS, MRCPsych
Dr Saleem is a consultant in Child and Adolescence Psychiatry who has been a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists since 2014. Dr Saleem has trained in West Midlands and is proud to be serving her local community as a psychiatrist.
Dr Saleem carry out assessment and treatment of Children and Adolescent for general psychiatric and mental health issues. She has expertise in working with people with particularly with Intellectual disability and Neurodevelopmental disorders. She applies evidence-based medicine for managing
mental, emotional and behavioural disorders which are individually tailored treatment plans
combining pharmacological and psychological approaches.
Dr Saleem has presented at various international conferences and is actively involved in
undergraduate and postgraduate psychiatry training with the West Midlands.

Dr. Suzanne Smith
Clinical Psychologist
Dr Suzanne Smith is a Clinical Psychologist, who has specialised in Neurodevelopmental disorders for ten years, both in the NHS and private sector. She has a particular interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and has extensive knowledge and experience in working in diagnostic assessment and post diagnostic support with children and young people from pre school through to adolescence. Dr Smith has developed and delivered parent training workshops on autism and anxiety and also provides therapeutic support and intervention to individuals and their parents/carers in relation to co morbid mental health difficulties. In addition, Dr Smith is a sessional lecturer with Coventry and Warwick University. Prior to qualifying in 2009, she has worked with children with autism and ADHD and their families since qualifying as a clinical psychologist in 2009, specialising completely in the field of neurodevelopmental disorders soon after.
Dr Suzanne Smith has extensive experience in complex assessment and diagnostic work in children and young people between the ages of 3-17 years, and has particular interests in autism in girls, and trauma and attachment in neurodiverse children and young people.
Dr. Becky Shaw
MA Hons PhD DClinPsych CPsychol AFBPS
Becky has worked privately and within the NHS for over 15 years. She has practised as a clinical psychologist within CAMHS, Adult Mental Health Services and Learning Disability teams. Previously Becky has worked in schools, nurseries and social care settings. She has a special interest in applied research and maintains close links with Coventry and Nottingham Universities and the MHAutism team. Becky is an honorary lecturer and supervisor. Her recent publications with associates from Nottingham University and the ARC centre explore the mental health issues impacting on suicidality for adults with Autism.
Becky’s is Systemic Practitioner and has extensive experience in Autism assessment, ADOS assessment, Cognitive profiling, Multi disciplinary ADHD assessment, psychological formulation, interventions and therapies. Her areas of interest are ADHD, ASD & Neurodevelopmental Conditions. Learning Disability, mental health & complex challenging behaviour.
Dr. Victoria Perry
DClinPsy, PhD, PGCert, BSc, CPsychol
Vicky is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who has been working with autistic individuals and their families for over 10 years. Before her clinical training, Vicky completed a research PhD working with children and adults with rare genetic syndromes often associated with Autism, such as Fragile X syndrome. Vicky has worked in various services including a CAMHS Neurodevelopmental service where she was involved in the multi-disciplinary assessment and diagnostic process for Autism, and Community Learning Disability Teams working with people with learning disabilities and Autism. More recently she worked in a specialist NHS ‘admission avoidance’ service for autistic children and young adults. This specialist service aims to prevent mental health related hospital admissions for autistic individuals by providing detailed assessment, intervention and training for the individual, their family and other services involved. Vicky also has an interest in treating symptoms of trauma and has completed accredited training in therapeutic approaches such as EMDR. Vicky is registered with and regulated by the HCPC.

Zubi is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Accredited with British Association for
Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Zubi aim’s is to help my clients to re-discover their strengths and available resources to help them
working towards reaching their optimum level of wellbeing.
Zubi has over 20 years’ experience working within the NHS working with people of all ages suffering
from different mental health disorder and am passionate to help people reach their optimum level
of health. Zubi is an accredited CBT therapist and specialises in working with a range of presentation
between mild to severe, such as anxiety, low mood/depression, panic, OCD, Phobia, PTSD, low self-
esteem, anger.
Zubi offers an approachable and flexible CBT service to all who can access the service remotely
within UK. Zubi is passionate in making a difference into people’s life. Working with Children and
Young People (CYP) is in an opportunity to help our CYP becoming more resilient and confident
young adult thus support to create tomorrow better leaders.

Emma Kiernan
Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Emma graduated as a Speech and Language Therapist from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff in 2000. Since then, she has worked in the NHS, mostly in a specialist autism assessment and diagnostic team. She is very experienced in the assessment and diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Conditions in children and young people. She has also worked independently for many years as part of multi-disciplinary teams assessing, diagnosing and supporting children and young people with neurodevelopmental difficulties/differences including Speech, Language and Communication needs. Emma is particularly passionate about assessing and supporting females with autism who may present with more subtle characteristics.

Isobel A Roberts Rajoo

Isobel is a Final Year Medical student with a background in Chemistry. Isobel is training at Warwick Medical School and has a keen interest in Paediatrics and CAMHS. She has worked with young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder for two years and has a keen interest in supporting young people develop and achieve their goals. Isobel has helped facilitate group sessions for young people with ASD and ADHD, run holiday play camps for larger groups and also provided 1:1 tutoring and emotional support for young people with disabilities.

Yoga and mindfulness Practitioner
Louise wanted to share her passion for yoga, and wanted to see if this could benefit young people on the autism spectrum. Louise has implemented yoga in various settings, and has seen profound results. Yoga has been shown to allow a young person with ASD to find a sense of balance, helping to establish a connection between mind and body, and providing them with techniques to help with self regulation. More recently, Louise has introduced mindfulness into her sessions. This has been found to be another useful strategy, and when accessed it can support in managing anxieties, and overall well-being. Louise is a yoga teacher, with a post graduate diploma in psychology, who specialises in autism. She has extensive knowledge and over 10 years of experience working hands on within the education system. Louise has worked directly with young people with autism who have struggled within mainstream settings, proving practical strategies for teaching staff and other professionals. Louise has supported parents to introduce routines, and modelled ASD specific techniques that have been implemented in the home environment. Louise wanted to share her passion for yoga, and wanted to see if this could benefit young people on the autism spectrum.
