HTML marquee Tag There are no formal arrangements/agreement with GP and Private Practice- it depends on GP practice on case by case basis however recent changes in national policies and procedures with health care has impacted on how NHS/GPs are working with services involving children and young people particularly private practice.  In keeping with these changes we are working with CQC and NHS England to get a smoother working on urgent basis however it is not within our hands how long certain processes take place.

Contact Us

Ideally we would prefer you to contact your GP for a referral to our service as they can inform us of any previous medical problems or medication that you are taking. He or she will also be able to give us a full overview of the difficulties you are experiencing so that we can direct you to the most appropriate specialist within  our service.

However, if you wish to contact us directly, please complete the form or email us at referral@xcelsahealth.com

We also welcome any general comments you wish to make and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Opening Hours:

Our opening hours (strictly by appointment only) are Monday – Friday (with the exception of public and bank holidays), from 6.00pm to 9.00pm.

Saturday: 9.00am to 6.00 pm

We are closed on Sunday.

Out of Hours:
If you require medical assistance, please contact your GP in the first instance. If you require urgent medical care, please call NHS 111. This is the three digit telephone number for urgent care services in the area. You are advised to call NHS 111 when you’re in need of medical help but it is not a life-threatening emergency or urgent enough to call 999. NHS 111 operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days per year and is free to use from a landline and a mobile.
