HTML marquee Tag There are no formal arrangements/agreement with GP and Private Practice- it depends on GP practice on case by case basis however recent changes in national policies and procedures with health care has impacted on how NHS/GPs are working with services involving children and young people particularly private practice.  In keeping with these changes we are working with CQC and NHS England to get a smoother working on urgent basis however it is not within our hands how long certain processes take place. 

Dr Saleem came highly recommended to us at a very difficult time. Our 14-year-old son was experiencing mental health issues and was close to a breakdown.
D Saleem was calm, composed and extremely professional. She quickly established a rapport with our son. It gave us a huge sense of relief and reassurance when she approached the issues he had in a methodical manner that appealed to him.
He was treated like a young adult and made to feel that his treatment and discussions would take place with his cooperation and consent which made him more open two accepting treatment options.
Dr Saleem guided us throughout his treatment journey. He is much better and totally different child from 6 months age when his symptoms started. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Saleem and feel extremely grateful that she was excited wasn't our son needed.

Seeking an ASD assessment for my daughter was an emotionally difficult experience, facing the reality of her complexities and accepting that we needed to further adapt was daunting. I worried about how my daughter would feel if she had a label. But Dr Saleem and Dr Smith made the experience so positive for us all. Prompt and clear communication throughout helped. My daughter really liked Dr Saleem and Dr Smith.

A diagnosis hasn't changed much for us, other than we now have a shared language which enables us to explore situations, worries and issues. I would highly recommend.

We used Xcelsa Health for a private Autism assessment for our 9-year-old daughter. The process was very efficient, and communication was excellent throughout. We felt it was a very thorough assessment and incorporated all elements of the concerns we had about our daughter. The practitioners enabled a true response by helping our daughter to be comfortable and treating her with care and sensitivity.
